HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $90. We offer priority and overnight shipping via USPS for a fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to U.S. territories at this time.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Currently, orders cannot be delivered to a P.O.Box and must be shipped to a physical address.

We currently use USPS to get your BL|A Pieces to you!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We get it, sometimes the excitement is real and you wanted your order yesterday. No worries, we offer expedited shipping for a fee. All expedited orders placed prior to 1pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the following business day.
For orders placed within the continental United States using ground, USPS will deliver your order within 5-10 business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- We cannot accept international returns at this time.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
We are unable to process exchanges right now. To minimize a lengthy exchange process, please ship the item you wish to return for a refund and purchase the item you desire.
IF I RETURN ONE OF MY ITEMS FROM A BUNDLE, WILL I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, we cannot honor the bundle price for partial items returned. The items kept will be counted as full price and your refund/credit will reflect the difference.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND:
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
- Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE.
- Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
We're happy to extend our return period past 14 days for gifts and can issue you a credit for the price of the items purchased. Simply, send us an email at email@example.com with the Order # and let us know you'll be returning a gift.
Please make sure your items are new, unwashed, and with tags attached and we can issue you a store credit upon receipt of the returned pieces.
