HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $90. We offer priority and overnight shipping via USPS for a fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to U.S. territories at this time.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Currently, orders cannot be delivered to a P.O.Box and must be shipped to a physical address.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We currently use USPS to get your BL|A Pieces to you!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We get it, sometimes the excitement is real and you wanted your order yesterday. No worries, we offer expedited shipping for a fee. All expedited orders placed prior to 1pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the following business day.
For orders placed within the continental United States using ground, USPS will deliver your order within 5-10 business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally! Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping for international orders. Please note the customer is responsible to pay any customs or tariff fees associated with the destination country.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returns must be requested within 45 days from ship date (this window has been extended due to COVID)
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with tags still attached. Please keep your original shipping package and re-use it for your return
We cannot accept international returns at this time.
We do not refund shipping costs.

- Any orders purchased with a discount code or as part of a bundle, will receive a refund or credit back that reflects the discount applied at the time of purchase.
- Prepaid return labels will be provided, please note the amount will be deducted from your refund or credit.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time.
IF I RETURN ONE OF MY ITEMS FROM A BUNDLE, WILL I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?
Yes you will still be able to keep the discount on the kept items and your credit or refund will also reflect the discount.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND:
Returns requested more than 45 days after shipment
Any merchandise that has been worn
Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?
Please email us at email@example.com with the order # and we will help you process the return.
Please make sure your items are new, unwashed, and with tags attached and we can issue you a store credit upon receipt of the returned pieces.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN?
We will do our best to work with USPS or the carrier to track down the lost parcel however we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
